2022 SUMMER
Our first in person fundraising event raised $363 in total! We appreciated every donation and were grateful for the amount of kindness people showed that day outside Robarts and Sidney Smith. Thank you to Aubrey, who came up with the idea to sell Krispy Kreme donuts and volunteering to sell the donuts out in the heat. Thank you to volunteers Ching, Momo, Betsy, Jeanine and Manjila for making the event a success. As always 100% of proceeds went towards Kulen Outreach, particularly towards the expansion of the Siem Reap campus.
2021 WINTER
- Our first virtual auction raised $1,739 in total!
Thank you to everyone who bid and donated. COVID-19 has shut down the economy and many Cambodians have had to give up their jobs in the city and return to farming to sustain themselves. Although Kulen Outreach is doing their best to relieve hunger by serving food drops, it’s not enough. All proceeds will go towards Kulen Outreach to provide for hunger relief in Cambodia! -
Our first game night raised $35! We played various forms of trivia including a general multiple choice trivia, ‘Finish the Lyrics’, ‘Guess the Animal’ and ‘Fill in the Blanks’. We then played ’20 questions’ and finished with pictionary. Thank you to Daeun, Sheryl, Jackson, Ian, and Sean for joining, and congrats Sean for winning a 25CAD Amazon gift card! Entrance tickets were 3CAD and went towards our hunger relief goal.
